Full-Cycle Sales Consultant – UK Market
Location: South Africa | Philippines – Remote
Hours: UK business hours
Base Salary: Approx. £800/month, negotiable for exceptional candidates
Bonus: Performance-based commission/bonus
Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced full-cycle salesperson to sell a home energy product to customers in the UK.
You’ll manage the sales process from prospecting and qualification through to closing, working with both warm leads and self-generated opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold call and proactively prospect for new customers
- Manage warm leads and existing database opportunities
- Qualify prospects and identify their needs
- Present the product and handle objections
- Follow up and close sales
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM activity
- Meet agreed conversion and revenue targets
- Follow relevant compliance requirements

- 3+ years of phone-based sales experience
- Proven B2C sales closing experience
- Experience selling into the UK market
- Strong cold calling, objection handling, and follow-up skills
- Excellent spoken English
- Confident explaining technical products in simple terms
- Strong CRM and pipeline management skills
- Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset
- Energy sector experience is highly desirable
- Own computer, headset, and reliable high-speed internet
- Experience in renewables, solar, utilities, home energy, or energy-efficiency sales is a strong advantage.

The role is measured primarily on sales, conversion, pipeline, and revenue generated — not simply call volume.
