Digible is a privately owned and operated digital marketing company founded in 2017 with a mission to bring cutting-edge solutions to the multifamily industry. We offer a full suite of digital services, alongside Fiona, our predictive analytics platform—the first of its kind.
At Digible, we take pride in our collaborative, transparent, and authentic culture. Since 2021, we've been recognized as a Top Workplace in Colorado and secured the #8 spot in the Best Places to Work Multifamily rankings. From our hiring process to our All Hands meetings and Town Halls, our values are at the core of everything we do.
We believe diversity fuels innovation, and we strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work. If you're ready to do the best work of your career, we'd love to have you on the team!
Core Values
- Authenticity — The commitment to be steadfast and genuine with our actions and communication toward everyone we touch.
- Curiosity — The belief that a deep and fundamental curiosity (the "why") in our work is vital to company innovation and evolution.
- Focus — The collective will to remain completely devoted and ultimately accountable to our deliverables.
- Humility — The recognition and daily practice that "we" is always greater than "I".
- Happiness — The decision to prioritize passion and love for what we do above everything else.
The Role
Digible is hiring a Group Product Manager who is both a hands-on product manager and an experienced people leader. Your primary responsibility is being the product manager for your own pod, and showing business results for that pod's area of responsibility is your top priority. In addition, you directly manage and coach two experienced Product Managers who each run their own pod. You and your two PMs work as a unit to identify overlaps and opportunities across pods, and you resolve them strategically and proactively in your respective product strategies and roadmaps rather than letting them surface as conflicts in delivery.
In your own pod, you'll work on integrations, customer data architecture, core platform, and workflow productization, and you should be excited by exactly that kind of work. You'll also work on some customer-facing experiences and run customer discovery and research, build real relationships with customers and stakeholders, and set and communicate strategy clearly enough to bring the company with you.
As a senior member of the team, you'll help lead AI transformation across product, design, and engineering, and you'll help shape how product management is practiced at Digible (AI-native, problem-first, customer-obsessed) through your own example and your coaching. You'll report to the VP of Product.
We're a small product org inside a profitable, bootstrapped company — nine years successful before the recent AI wave, and now in the middle of an AI transformation, reinventing how an established company operates and thrives in the AI era. Profitability and bootstrapping mean you'll work on real customer and business problems, not a search for product/market fit, with a direct line to an accessible leadership team. You'll use AI throughout your workflow to move faster and more effectively than a team our size normally could.
You'll Love This Job If You Love:
Products with…
- 🧵 Connective Tissue: unifying fragmented tools, data, and services into one coherent experience for our agency teams and our customers
- 🏢 Two Sets of Customers: internal agency teams and external customers — you'll build for both
- 🧩 Portfolio Coherence: strategy that makes a group of pods add up to one story, not a collection of roadmaps
- ✨ AI: deciding what gets solved by people, product, or automation, and raising the AI-native bar for every pod in your group, not just your own
Roles with…
- ⚖️ IC + Manager Hybrid: owning your own pod's results while managing and coaching two experienced PMs who own theirs
- 🌱 Multiplier Impact: a great week includes your PMs' wins, not just your own
- 🔭 New Bets: exploring new technology product opportunities and shaping what we build next
Organizations with…
- 🚀 Small Teams: working with small teams that trade scale for agility & autonomy
- 🏗️ Early Foundations: crafting the systems, rituals, and mindsets of a relatively new product org
Cultures with…
- 📅 4-day Workweek: we work Mon–Thu, so every weekend is a long weekend
- ⚖️ Modeled Balance: we know work is a part of life — boundaries are modeled by leadership
Businesses with…
- 📈 Fast Growth: this isn't a turnaround — 371% three-year growth per the 2025 Inc. 5000 (No. 1,165)
- 🥾 Bootstrapped Profitability: we control our own destiny, with no investor or burn pressure
What You'll Do:
- 🛠️ Own Your Pod: run your own pod end-to-end as its product manager: discovery, strategy, roadmap, delivery, and business results, problem-first every time. This is the biggest part of the job
- 💡 Customer Discovery & Research: run real discovery with customers, agency teams, and the market, and keep customer conversations on your calendar no matter the load
- 🧱 Foundational Platform Work: lead discovery and delivery of integrations, customer data architecture, core platform, and workflow productization, plus the customer-facing experiences they power
- 👥 Manage & Grow Two PMs: own the performance and career growth of two experienced Product Managers through 1:1s, goals, coaching, and craft feedback that makes their work visibly better
- 🧭 Cross-Pod Strategy: with your PMs, spot the overlaps and opportunities across pods early and resolve them in your respective strategies and roadmaps, so the group adds up to one story with no seams
- 🤝 Stakeholder Partnership: align pod teams, leadership, agency partners, and customers around the group's strategy; stakeholders are customers and partners, not requesters
- 🏁 End-to-End Delivery: ship the full experience, customer-facing and internal, including enablement and change management
- 📏 Measure Impact: define success metrics at both pod and group level, and get creative or technical when the data is hard to come by
- 🤖 AI Transformation: help lead AI transformation across product, design, and engineering, and set the AI-native bar for how your PMs work
- 🧠 Product Taste: set the bar for what deserves to ship across the group, balancing creative instinct with data and business goals
- 📡 Industry Trends: stay ahead of AI and product trends and bring what matters into the group's work
How Success Will Be Measured:
Business Metrics
- $ Pod Business Impact: measurable operational efficiency and revenue outcomes from your own pod. This comes first
- $ Group Business Impact: measurable revenue and efficiency outcomes across your group's pods, with overlaps resolved rather than duplicated
Product Metrics
- Adoption & CSAT: internal teams and customers actually run on, trust, and prefer what your pods ship
- Delivery Predictability: the group ships what it commits to, quarter after quarter
People Metrics
- PM Performance & Growth: your Product Managers' performance, development, engagement, and career trajectory
What You Should Have:
Must Have
- 7+ years of product management experience, including senior-level ownership of a pod or domain with measurable business impact
- 2+ years of AI product experience
- 2+ years of formal people-management experience managing experienced product managers, with accountability for their performance, growth, and career development
- Still excellent, and happy, doing hands-on PM work as the biggest part of your job; you want an IC and manager hybrid role by choice
- Technical depth to work on integrations, customer data architecture, core platform, and workflow productization, and genuine excitement for that type of work
- Customer discovery and research fluency: you talk to customers directly, and your product decisions trace back to what you learned
- Strategic and communication range: you can set a strategy, make the case for it, and keep executives, agency leaders, engineers, and your own PMs moving in the same direction
- Track record of aligning multiple teams or product areas around one product story, and of spotting and resolving overlap across them
Preferred
- Small start-up (<150 people) experience
- Experience productizing internal operations or building workflow/integration products
- Tech-enabled services or hybrid product-service business experience
Bonus
- Digital marketing domain knowledge (strategy, metrics, and technology)
- Real estate domain knowledge (ex: rentals, multifamily, single family, etc.)
