ElevenLabs · Full-time · Posted 1w ago
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ElevenMusic is our AI music creation platform, letting anyone turn an idea into a finished, studio-grade track in minutes, with control over genre, mood, structure, and vocals across multiple languages. It is one of the most exciting parts of the ElevenCreative suite, and we want its voice, community, and content presence to match the ambition of the product.
We are looking for a Content Creator & Strategist to own how ElevenMusic shows up in the world. You will make music with the platform every day, push it to its limits, and turn what you discover into educational content, tutorials, and social posts that teach creators what's possible. You will own the ElevenMusic social accounts, build and energise the community around the product, and represent ElevenMusic on stage at creator events.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of music creation, content, and community. The right person is a genuine music maker who lives on social platforms, has strong opinions about how an AI music brand should show up, and is just as comfortable behind a mic or on stage as they are in an editing timeline. Because you'll be using the product harder than almost anyone, you'll also be a critical feedback loop into the engineering team, shaping the product itself.
Create educational content and tutorial videos around ElevenMusic, recording, editing, and formatting them natively for each platform, and publish them across our socials
Make music with ElevenMusic constantly, testing the platform to its limits and turning experiments into content that shows creators what's possible
Provide structured, high-signal product feedback to the engineering team based on deep daily use, helping shape the roadmap
Own and manage the ElevenMusic social accounts, from content calendar and strategy through to publishing, engagement, and analytics
Help build and grow a community around ElevenMusic, sparking conversation, surfacing creator feedback, and championing standout work
Speak at creator events, representing ElevenMusic through talks, demos, and workshops
Plan and execute content around product launches and feature releases, coordinating with product, engineering, and Marketing
Stay ahead of trends in music creation, AI tools, and platform culture to find opportunities for the brand
Demonstrated experience creating music and music-related content, with a portfolio of work you can share, you are a genuine music maker, not just a marketer
Proven ability to produce educational content and tutorial videos end-to-end: recording, editing, adding text and motion, and formatting natively for platforms like X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Experience managing social media accounts for a technology, music, or creative tools company, including content calendars, copywriting, and analytics
Comfortable presenting publicly, speaking at events, running demos or workshops, and being a visible face for the product
A genuine understanding of the AI and music creation landscape, you use the tools, follow the space, and have informed opinions about where things are headed
Experience building or growing a creator community (Discord, forums, or similar)
Background as a working musician, producer, or music educator with an existing audience
Experience giving product feedback or working closely with engineering/product teams
Experience with social scheduling and management tools (Sprout Social, Later, Buffer, or similar)
Multilingual capabilities
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
Lead content and community strategy across ElevenMusic as the product and team scale
Move into a broader creative or content role spanning video, editorial, and social across ElevenLabs brands
Expand into creator partnerships, evangelism, or brand marketing as the growth team evolves
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, Madrid, Warsaw and many more.
