POSITION SUMMARY
The Vice President, Sales is responsible for growing EnableComp’s complex claims services through acquisition of new customers and retention and growth of existing customer base.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as platform owner for Salesforce (system of record), HubSpot (marketing/demand gen), Gong (conversation intelligence), Clay (data enrichment/workflow automation), and Accord (mutual action plans/deal execution). Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Client Success leadership to prioritize the systems roadmap and translate business requirements into technical specs and developer handoffs. Develop and maintain the integration design across these tools — object models, data flows, triggers, and automations — so information moves cleanly from first touch to closed-won to renewal. Analyze and translate GTM strategy into system design: new motions, territory or segmentation changes, and reporting needs all become clean, scalable configuration, not spaghetti workarounds. Lead the use of AI (Claude and similar tools) as a core part of how the team works — building AI-assisted workflows, automations, and internal tools that reduce manual admin work across the commercial org. Conduct data integrity and governance reviews across the stack: field standards, deduplication, permissioning, and audit-readiness. Coordinate dashboards and reporting that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and rep performance. Evaluate and pilot new RevTech and AI capabilities, building the business case and rollout plan for anything recommended. Identify and manage the systems side of the deal lifecycle — pipeline stages, forecasting categories, quoting/CPQ-adjacent workflows, and MAP/mutual-close-plan tooling via Accord.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS & PREREQUISITES
