Account Manager

Why Join Evotix?

We're a growing global EHS SaaS company with a clear ambition: to combine world-class software, data and AI to help our customers operate smarter, safer and more efficiently. For exceptional talent, Evotix offers something rare-the pace of a growth company, the scale to make a real difference, and the opportunity to influence strategy, technology and outcomes at a global level.

At Evotix, we're creating the future of workplace health, safety and wellbeing—and we need ELITE people to help us do it. People who pursue Excellence, show Leadership, deliver Impact, earn Trust, and Empower those around them.

Overview

The expected total earnings for this role is $100,000-150,000. This is made up of both a base salary and a commission package, depending on location and experience.

Our customers already trust us. Your job is to keep that trust strong, and make it grow.

We truly value our customers. Happy, engaged customers renew. They renew for longer. And they buy more. That’s the chain this role runs on. You’ll own a large book of enterprise accounts, and your first job is making sure each customer is getting real value and feels heard. When they do, healthy, longer-term contracts and expansion follow.

You’ll work with EHS Directors, executives and budget holders, often in the same account at once. You’ll run many accounts, renewals, deals and stakeholders in parallel, and keep every one of them moving.

This is a fast, busy role. Priorities shift daily, deadlines are real, and the details matter. We need someone who thrives in that, stays organized under pressure, and acts with urgency.

What You'll Do

Keep customers engaged and renewing

• Build real relationships with day-to-day users, EHS Directors and executive sponsors in every account.
• Check in often and early. Know how each customer is doing, spot risk before it becomes a problem, and act fast.
• Own the renewal cycle from start to finish. Start conversations early, and aim for longer-term contracts, not short extensions.
• Work with Customer Success to make sure customers are adopting the product and getting results they can point to.
• Bring in the right people (Product, Implementation, leadership) when an account needs help.
• Your outcome: engaged customers, healthy contracts, and renewals that are on time and on longer terms.

Grow our biggest accounts

• Spot where Evotix can solve bigger problems, then sell additional modules and own expansion and upsell deals through to close.
• Study your customer base, then build account and territory plans that show where the next opportunity is.
• Sell consultatively to EHS Directors, C-level leaders and budget holders.
• Drive complex, multi-stakeholder deals to close, and prospect steadily to keep your pipeline full.
• Your outcome: a healthy, accurately forecast pipeline and wider adoption of the Evotix portfolio.

Deliver the best of Evotix

• Work with Customer Success, Sales, Solutions Consulting and customer squads to find and move opportunities forward.
• Line up pricing, collateral and deal strategy with sales leadership, and bring in Implementation at the right moment.
• Partner with Events and Marketing to raise our profile in target accounts.
• Share customer needs, market insight and competitor moves with Product and Marketing.
• Your outcome: a seamless customer experience and a repeatable renewal, upsell and cross-sell playbook.

Keep the deal machine tight

• Keep CRM records, pipeline data, activity and forecasts complete and accurate, including renewal dates and account health.
• Handle tenders, service order forms and purchase-order requirements.
• Negotiate terms with guidance from sales leadership and get agreements signed.
• Represent Evotix at conferences, exhibitions and industry forums. Customer visits and international travel may be required.
• Your outcome: well-run deals, forecasts people can trust, and a smooth handover to Implementation.

What You Bring

Required

• Experience selling SaaS software, with a track record of hitting revenue targets.
• Proven success keeping customers happy and renewing, ideally on multi-year terms.
• Proven success growing existing accounts through expansion, upsell or cross-sell.
• Strong consultative selling skills, including with senior executives and several decision-makers at once.
• Experience building account plans, generating pipeline and moving complex deals forward.
• Disciplined pipeline management and forecasting, with CRM habits you don’t skip.
• Excellent organization and prioritization. You can juggle many accounts and stakeholders without dropping details.
• A sense of urgency. You move fast, follow up fast and finish what you start.
• Clear writing, resilience and flexibility when plans change.
• A hungry, self-starting, collaborative style. You’re honest, you listen well and you build relationships easily.
• Desirable
• Experience selling EHS, health and safety, sustainability or related enterprise software.
• Experience helping shape renewal, expansion or team-selling playbooks.
• Time in a PE-backed SaaS company or another fast-scaling business.

Please note that Evotix is unable to offer visa sponsorship. You must have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based at the time of application.

We aim to keep our interview process transparent, fair, and respectful of your time. While steps may vary slightly by role, you can typically expect:

• Initial chat: A conversation with a member of our Talent team to learn more about your background, motivations, and answer any initial questions.
• Team Member interview: A conversation with members of the sales organisation to test your ability to collaborate and build relationships.
• Executive Panel interview: A conversation with the hiring manager and a Customer Success leader to dive deeper into collaboration, alignment, and mutual fit.
• CEO Interview: A discussion with our CEO to explore your approach to interacting with C-suite stakeholders.
• Offer: If successful, we’ll move quickly to share an offer and next steps.

We’re happy to make reasonable adjustments at any stage of the process — just let us know what you need.
