FlowX.AI is an agentic AI platform for large-scale, mission-critical applications. We started in regulated industries - banking and insurance - and have successfully landed major deals in government and defence. We're now expanding into new verticals including logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction.
Our platform enables large organisations to deploy, run, and monitor mission-critical AI agents at scale. We provide the governance layers and robustness that AI agents need to operate reliably across the most important business processes.
Mission
We are looking for a Lead Business Development Representative to lead and scale our outbound motion as the BDR team grows.
You will standardise how the team prospects, from messaging and content to processes and tooling, and work closely with our Account Executives to generate qualified enterprise pipeline.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who wants to build a function, not just manage one.
What you will do on a daily basis
- Lead, coach and develop a growing team of BDRs.
- Build a common playbook: messaging, scripts, sequences and outbound content.
- Implement shared processes, tooling, training and best practices across the team.
- Partner with Account Executives on territory and account planning.
- Own BDR metrics and pipeline targets, while running your own outreach.
Who you are
- 2+ years of recent experience leading BDR/outbound teams in B2B enterprise SaaS, ideally in a large organisation (e.g. ServiceNow).
- Have built, managed and coached BDR teams.
- Strong understanding of territory planning and AE–BDR collaboration.
- Experience with enterprise sales and complex sales cycles.
- Very metrics and pipeline driven.
- Comfortable building a function, not just managing a mature one.
- Are a self-starter who thrives with high autonomy and owns your work.
- Are motivated by tangible impact and measurable results.
What's in it for you
- Experience in building the go-to-market backbone of a fast-scaling AI company.
- Direct impact on how the company scales and delivers multi-million-dollar enterprise transformation deals.
- An early-stage equity package, competitive salary, and accelerators on commission.
- Opportunity to build and scale the BDR function and grow into a broader sales leadership role.
