ROLE

We're seeking an analytical, experiment-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to help Nexus Marketing's clients turn more of their website traffic into leads and customers. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves forming hypotheses, running tests, and letting the data settle the debate.

As our CRO Specialist, you'll be the test builder and architect — designing and running A/B and multivariate experiments, analyzing user behavior to find friction, and turning what you learn into clear optimization recommendations. You'll prepare CRO deliverables and present your analysis directly to clients on calls, while our account managers own the day-to-day relationships.

This is an ideal role for an early-to-mid-career marketer or analyst with a couple of years in CRO or analytics who's ready to own the testing program across multiple client accounts. You don't need to be a developer — basic comfort with HTML/CSS and platforms like WordPress or HubSpot is a plus, and you can always partner with client resources to implement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze user behavior and website performance gaps using analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel drop-off data
Develop clear and prioritized optimization recommendations for clients
Design, build, run, and analyze A/B, multivariate, and split URL tests across client websites and funnels
Translate test results into actionable insights and clear next steps for clients and internal teams
Optimize landing pages, funnels, forms, CTAs, and overall user experience to improve conversion
Architect and own the testing roadmap across multiple client accounts
Present analysis and results directly to clients on calls
Partner with copywriters, designers, developers, and client resources to implement test variants when needed
Collaborate with account managers and other functions to ensure clients receive high-quality, results-driven work

SETUP

This is a work-from-home setup
Target of 42.5 billable hours per week
Generally works a night shift schedule/U.S. Eastern Time (EST/ET) business hours

REQUIREMENTS

Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role
1-3 years of experience in a data-driven marketing role, especially CRO
Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present analysis clearly to clients
Strong academic background with an outstanding General Weighted Average
Degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Business, IT, or a related field
Some exposure to A/B testing or online controlled experimentation, whether through academic projects, internships, or professional experience
Familiarity with CRO and analytics tools such as GA4, Crazy Egg, FigPii, VWO, Optimizely, Convert, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity
Strong analytical skills and an interest in developing a data-driven, hypothesis-led mindset
Basic comfort with HTML/CSS and platforms like WordPress or HubSpot is a plus (developer-level skills not required)
Working knowledge or hands-on experience on other digital marketing disciplines (SEO, ads, social media, marketing automation, etc) is a plus
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve website performance
Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

ORG OVERVIEW

Meet the Team

We currently have 100 team members who live in the Philippines who have been fantastic team members and we’re excited to add new team members to this new role!

There are a few traits unique to our business that individuals should consider before applying.

You must love the idea of giving back to the community and nonprofits. There are thousands of jobs. If being involved in the success of nonprofits is something you’re truly passionate about, this could be a great role.
You must be extremely comfortable with change. As a small growing company, decisions can be made over a weekend and fully implemented by early the next week. Whether that’s new systems, new processes, or new approaches, we look for individuals who can adapt and thrive.
You must believe that the best contributors should get better rewards. As a company, we believe in paying people based on the value they generate at the business.
You must be willing to disagree and commit. As a growing business, there will be lots of decisions that get made and changes that occur during your time at the company. Some of which you’ll agree with and some you won’t, we strongly believe that the best team members have the ability to disagree and commit (i.e., going with a decision after it has been made regardless of whether or not you agree).
You must believe the status quo is unacceptable. As a growing company and as individuals, we believe the status quo is unacceptable. Everyone should be relentless in striving to be the best version of themselves and figure out ways to create more value at the company, enhance our client's results, and grow professionally. The question should always be “How can I be better” rather than “How can expectations be adjusted”.
