• Complex Employee Relations & Terminations: Manage sensitive cases, attend calls or meetings, and draft legally sound documentation.
• Partner Management: Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
• International HR & Consultation: Be the first point of contact for client queries on benefits, compliance, and workforce planning.
• In-Country Expertise: Stay ahead of labor laws and cultural nuances in EMEA to provide actionable guidance.
• Employment Law & Contract Advisory: Review and advise on employment contracts and risk mitigation.
• Performance & Compensation Support: Guide clients through Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and ensure timely salary changes.
• Immigration & Mobility: Act as SPOC for employees’ immigration/mobility needs in collaboration with the Global Mobility team.
• Workload Transition & Knowledge Transfer: Identify delegable tasks, document processes, and ensure smooth handover for efficiency.
• Digital Transformation & Process Optimization: Drive automation and AI adoption to streamline HR processes.
• Compliance projects: Drive and lead compliance governance projects across EMEA.
