Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Remote

Location: New Mexico
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 + comprehensive benefits

The Role

This position focuses on providing remote clinical social work services to clients across New Mexico. You’ll meet with clients through telehealth, assess their mental health and psychosocial needs, help identify barriers affecting their well-being, and support the development of appropriate care plans. You’ll also connect clients with community-based resources when additional support is needed and work with the virtual care team to coordinate services, review client needs, and support continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth sessions with clients throughout New Mexico
• Complete psychosocial and mental health assessments
• Identify client needs, concerns, and barriers that may affect care
• Contribute to individualized care planning and ongoing support
• Connect clients with appropriate community programs and resources

Requirements

• MSW degree + active LCSW license in New Mexico
• A minimum of 2 years’ field experience
• Confidence working independently in a virtual setting
• Strong communication and case documentation skills
