Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide virtual therapy services to individuals and families throughout Connecticut. The LCSW will work directly with clients to assess their needs, develop appropriate treatment plans, provide ongoing therapy, and monitor progress over time. Strong clinical judgment, clear documentation, and respect for client confidentiality are important parts of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy through telehealth
• Complete clinical assessments and identify treatment needs
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and document treatment outcomes
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records
• Follow applicable privacy and confidentiality requirements

Requirements

• LCSW certification (active and in good standing).
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in clinical social work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with telehealth platforms preferred.
