The Opportunity

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Gradera's presence within enterprise organizations. This position is ideal for a proven sales professional who brings deep executive relationships, a track record of enterprise sales success, and the ability to influence transformational business initiatives.

You'll engage directly with decision makers including executives (CIO. CTO, etc), and senior business leaders to help them navigate AI adoption and enterprise transformation strategies.

Supported by Gradera's founders, architects, AI specialists, and delivery leaders, you'll focus on what you do best:

Building executive relationships, creating opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans

• Generate net-new business opportunities within enterprise organizations

• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers

• Lead consultative sales conversations focused on business outcomes and transformation initiatives

• Partner with Gradera leadership to develop pursuit strategies and customer engagement plans

• Facilitate executive briefings, discovery workshops, and AI transformation discussions

• Manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle

• Represent Gradera at industry events, conferences, and executive networking opportunities

• Build long-term partnerships that expand into strategic enterprise engagements

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of enterprise sales, consulting sales, or strategic account management experience

• Proven success selling technology, AI, data, cloud, consulting, or digital transformation solutions

• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles

• Strong executive presence and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to open doors and build relationships with senior decision-makers

• Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets

• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Passion for helping organizations solve complex business challenges

Within your first 6 months, you'll:

• Develop strong executive relationships within target accounts

• Build a healthy pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities

• Position Gradera within strategic transformation initiatives

• Close and advance high-value opportunities
