Talent Partner
Gratia · Full-time · Posted 1d ago
At Gratia, we believe potential is globally distributed, but opportunity is not. Our mission is to turn great talent's potential into fulfilling global careers through professional development and tech-enabled platforms. We bridge the gap between ambitious companies and hands-on experts who deliver real results instead of just theoretical plans.
Gratia is a remote-first, apprenticeship-based platform where opportunity is defined by what you can do and deliver. Our clients include global names like USA Today Co., Endeavor, and New York Life. We maintain an 88.2 Net Promoter Score because we focus on rigorous execution, not just high-level advice.
We are scaling our team across the Americas over the next 10 months. We are looking for a results-oriented Talent Partner to help us identify and engage the top 1% of analysts from top-tier firms and boutiques.
Our hiring process is powered by AI, which removes administrative "busy work." This allows you to focus your energy where it matters most: sourcing, cultivating relationships, and building a world-class network of talent.
Strategic Headhunting: Proactively identify and engage high-potential analysts who are not actively seeking new roles.
Relationship Building: Act as a long-term partner to candidates, cultivating a deep network of talent across the Americas.
Recruitment Marketing: Lead regional efforts to position Gratia as the employer of choice for top analysts in your local market.
Outcome Ownership: We focus strictly on results. You have complete autonomy over how you manage your time and workflow.
AI-Assisted Hiring: Leverage our modern tech stack to streamline your workflow and prioritize high-touch human engagement.
Experience: 2–5 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of sourcing passive candidates across LATAM, specifically hiring alumni from MBB or the Big 4.
Tool Savvy: Proficiency with modern sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn, such as Apollo, niche job boards, and advanced Boolean search (e.g., Recruit’em).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; ability to navigate professional conversations with high-level consultants and analysts.
Outcome-Driven: You thrive in an environment where performance is measured by the quality of hires and long-term results rather than activity metrics.
Market Insight: You are a "Recruitment Marketer" at heart, with the ability to tailor messaging that resonates with top-tier talent in the LATAM and broader Americas markets.
High Earning Potential: Earn a monthly retainer of up to $2,000, plus a bonus of $200–$300 for each successful hire.
Flexible Freelance Model: This is a contract/freelance role .
Total Autonomy: We value results over "office hours." You have the freedom to work whenever and however you are most productive.
Cutting-Edge Stack: Work in a "Human+AI" environment that respects your time and leverages your talent for building relationships.
