Homa is a global mobile game developer and publisher creating games people love. We partner with studios and internally develop games, having launched over 80 titles, reached over 2 billion downloads, and seen our game All in Hole break into the global top-50 grossing charts. These are milestones, not the finish line.
With deep expertise in product and technology, we built Homa Lab, our proprietary platform that gives developers the market intelligence, data tools, and game tech, with AI built-in, to find product–market fit fast and scale mass-market games into lasting experiences players enjoy for years.
This is our flywheel: Homa Lab helps studios spot the right ideas early, turn them into games quickly, and reach millions of players. Every launch brings back data and insights that fuel the next hit, making each turn of the loop faster, smarter, and more likely to win. AI supercharges this process, running through everything we do, from everyday tasks to our guiding principles.
What powers the loop is talent density. 220+ people from 30+ nationalities, bringing expertise from the world’s best studios and companies. We uphold ambition, curiosity, humility, and focus, and deliver with speed, excellence, and candor. Since the start, we’ve raised $165M from Headline, Northzone, Eurazeo, Bpifrance, and the founders of King, Sorare, and Spotify, people who’ve built and backed the games and platforms we admire, now supporting our drive to create the next ones.
At Homa, we are building the next billion-player experiences from the ground up and shaping the future of entertainment.
The opportunity
At Homa, AI is already part of how we make ads, playables and 3D assets. Now we need someone to turn it into a system that moves business results: faster wins, lower CPI (cost per install) and lower cost per winning ad.
You'll join our Creatives team and report to our Head of Creatives. You'll own the full cycle, from idea and brief to finished ad, and you'll work closely with UA, data and creative leads. You'll have access to the best AI models and tools from day one.
Contract setup: This is a full-time opportunity. The contractual arrangement will be B2B/freelance only.
Your responsibilities
- Map. Map our creative cycle (insights, production, testing, learnings) and find where AI saves the most time or lifts performance.
- Build. Build and own end-to-end AI pipelines and automations, from hypothesis to tool choice to rollout in the team.
- Produce. Come up with ideas, write briefs, and produce AI creatives yourself (video, playables, 3D), turning ideas into ads that win.
- Raise. Set the quality bar for the team, and push AI output until it's on-brand and stops the scroll.
- Measure. Choose what to automate with UA, data and creative leads, then measure the impact on speed, cost and performance.
- Scout. Keep testing new AI models and tools like Veo, Sora, Kling and Runway, and turn the useful ones into team workflows.
- Scale. Design workflows that scale across games, and train the team so they can use them without you.
Requirements
What we look for
- Ownership. You drive outcomes. When something breaks, you fix it instead of explaining why it broke.
- Proactive. You don't wait for instructions or perfect conditions. You spot what needs doing and do it.
- Pragmatism. You look for the simplest solution that works, use whatever tools are available, and ship.
- Sharp thinking. You learn fast, reason from facts, and structure your ideas clearly.
- AI-driven. AI is already part of how you work every day. You've used it to automate, speed up, or rethink.
- Motivated. You're ambitious and grounded. You see this opportunity as a chance to learn faster than anywhere else.
For this role, you'll also bring
- 3+ years in motion or video design, ideally on ads, with a portfolio that includes AI-made work.
- Visual taste. You can tell a good ad from a generic one, and you finish AI output by hand when it needs it.
- Hands-on AI video skills, plus strong After Effects or similar motion tools.
- A gaming background. You know mobile games, ideally hybrid-casual or casual, and what makes players tap.
- Critical and marketing thinking. You think in hooks, audiences and performance data, not just assets.
- Systems and automation expertise. You don't just make AI creatives, you design workflows that scale across games.
- Full autonomy. You spot problems, decide, ship and report without being managed day to day.
Bonus points if you have:
- UA or performance creative experience, ideally with winning ads on networks like AppLovin.
- Hands-on experience with Blender or other 3D tools, Unity, or playable ad tools.
Even if you don't check every box in our requirements, we encourage you to apply. We value diverse perspectives and backgrounds, and we're more interested in your potential and passion than a perfect match to our checklist.
