Die Aufgabe eines Business Development Representative besteht darin, durch strategische Kundengewinnung geeignete Unternehmen zu identifizieren und mit diesen zu interagieren. Dies geschieht unter Verwendung bereits existierender HubSpot-Leads, deren Interesse durch Anrufe, E-Mails sowie Messaging über soziale Medien erneut geweckt wird.

Im Rahmen deiner Kontaktaufnahme mit potenzieller Kundschaft erfährst du als BDR mehr darüber, mit welchen Herausforderungen sich das jeweilige Unternehmen konfrontiert sieht, und können so entscheiden, ob HubSpot hier als Lösung herangezogen werden kann. Wenn du einen qualifizierten Interessenten oder eine qualifizierte Interessentin identifiziert hast, besteht Ihr Ziel darin, den Wert von HubSpot prägnant und präzise zu kommunizieren und Interesse an einem tiefer gehenden Gespräch mit einem Account Executive zu wecken.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich umfasst die enge Zusammenarbeit mit 2 bis 3 Account Executives. Du wirst täglich mit den von dir unterstützten Account Executives sowie mit anderen BDRs zusammenarbeiten, um innovative Strategien zur Ermittlung neuer Opportunität zu entwickeln. BDRs, die sich erfolgreich in ihrer Rolle behaupten, werden anschließend zu Account Executives innerhalb unseres Vertriebsteams.

Was fällt in den Verantwortungsbereich eines Business Development Representative?

Folgende Aufgaben und Verantwortungen erwarten dich in dieser Vollzeitsbeschäftigung:

• Ein hoher Umfang an Outbound-Aktivitäten zur Akquise und Qualifizierung von Leads (neue Kunden)
• Eng mit Account Executives zusammenarbeiten, um Strategien und Pläne für die Kundengewinnung zu entwickeln und zu implementieren
• Planen von Online-Produktdemonstrationen für qualifizierte Leads bei gleichzeitigem Sicherstellen, dass deine monatlichen Ziele erreicht werden
• Verstehen der Bedürfnisse und Herausforderungen von Kunden und Kundinnen unter Einsatz bestimmter Verkaufsmethoden wie der BANT-Methodik
• Durchführen von Marktforschung, um den Kundenstamm von HubSpot zu erweitern

Welche Voraussetzungen gibt es für diese Stelle?

• Engagement und Begeisterung für die Technologiebranche und den Vertrieb
• Arbeitserfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb oder Kundengewinnung und in einer wachstumsstarken „Scale-up“-Umgebung ist nicht erforderlich, aber von Vorteil
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Scharfer, zielorientierter Fokus und ein überzeugender, stringenter Ansatz bei der Zielumsetzung
• Die Fähigkeit, mit Einwänden umzugehen und auf diese einzugehen, sowie die Bereitschaft, sich coachen zu lassen
• Starke Organisationsfähigkeit und sehr gutes Zeitmanagement
• Leidenschaft dafür, Unternehmen bei ihrem Wachstum zu unterstützen, und Interesse für die Technologiebranche

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Individual compensation packages are determined using objective, role-related criteria, which may include skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
