Job Role: Lead Qualifier
Compensation range: $1,500 AUD - $2,000 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role Overview: We are looking for a confident and professional Lead Qualification Specialist to be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries across the company’s brand portfolio. You will engage with prospects, understand their needs, verify qualification criteria, and schedule suitable appointments for the sales team.
This is not a closing sales role. Your focus is on listening, asking the right questions, maintaining professional conversations, and ensuring only qualified prospects move forward. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage leads efficiently are essential for success in this role.
