• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversions.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and campaign structures.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively and scale high-performing campaigns.
• Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and conversion tracking.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and messaging.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Create regular performance reports highlighting results, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Stay up to date with Meta advertising platform changes, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns.
• Proven experience running and optimizing conversion-focused paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and campaign structures.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and improving campaign performance.
• Solid knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and campaign optimization.
• Experience with Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and attribution.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret advertising performance data.
• Experience with A/B testing, creative testing, and campaign scaling.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, or other analytics tools.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing Meta Ads for eCommerce, SaaS, lead generation, or digital agencies.
• Experience with Shopify, landing page builders, or CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with creative strategy and direct-response copywriting.
• Experience working with international clients, particularly in the UK, US, or Australian markets.
