Huzzle · Full-time · Posted 4w ago
At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include fast-growing startups, digital agencies, SaaS companies, and tech-enabled businesses across industries such as MarTech, FinTech, EdTech, and eCommerce. Unlike traditional outsourcing agencies, we place you directly with innovative companies where you become a valued member of the team.
Our client is a high-impact sales consultancy and Certified HubSpot Solutions Partner that builds scalable sales engines for owner-led B2B companies. Based in Ontario, the team specializes in transforming relationship-based businesses into process-driven organizations by developing custom playbooks, compensation plans, and CRM architectures. They move beyond traditional consulting by providing hands-on training and long-term coaching, ensuring that new sales habits and operational systems are sustainable and built to last.
The company operates with an operator-led mindset, focusing on measurable growth and structural integrity rather than generic advice. They serve a diverse range of B2B clients whose success relies on expertise and trust, helping them transition from individual-led sales to robust, repeatable engines. Joining this team means working in a collaborative, results-oriented environment where the mission is to solve complex operational challenges and deliver clear, actionable strategies that empower business owners to scale effectively.
We are looking for a high-performing, SDR to join a growing sales consultancy during a pivotal expansion phase. This isn't a role for a beginner; we need a seasoned specialist who understands the nuances of selling complex, consultative B2B services to business owners. You will be responsible for building the frontline of our sales engine, targeting Ontario-based firms that rely on trust and expertise. If you are an expert at navigating high-level conversations and have a mastery of modern sales tech, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a sophisticated outbound process and grow alongside the firm.
