Build and maintain automated data regression tests for the migration from a legacy Postgres warehouse to Snowflake: query validation, integration tests on real data, scheduled reconciliation (row counts, IDs, checksums, freshness) and monitoring of schema and data changes.
Analyse production comparison results, classify mismatches and give go / no-go recommendations for each rollout stage.
Build an API regression suite (contract or snapshot tests) for critical endpoints, running in GitLab CI on every change.
Take ownership of the existing Playwright framework: stabilise it, remove flaky tests, extend it to critical user journeys and add post-deployment smoke tests.
Learn the business domain in depth and run structured exploratory and edge-case testing (roles, markets, time zones, large data volumes, browsers).
Run non-functional tests: performance and load, fallback and rollback, tenant isolation and personal data protection.
Prepare anonymised test data and test accounts, and coordinate UAT with business stakeholders.
Report defects in Jira, retest fixes, deliver a quality report every sprint and work shift-left within two-week Scrum sprints.
