Backed by over $100M from top investors including Google Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, Andreessen Horowitz, and Coatue, we’re a team that challenges the status quo and moves fast at the intersection of AI and healthcare. Infinitus was recently named to Fast Company's World's Most Innovative Companies and Business Insider’s top startups in healthcare.

Infinitus is looking for a seasoned enterprise sales leader who already knows the pharmaceutical manufacturer landscape and can open doors from day one. You have a track record of meeting or exceeding quota selling technology and services to biopharma commercial organizations. You also bring a trusted network across Sales, Brand/Marketing, Patient Support Services, and Medical Affairs / Information. You are a self-starter who thrives in both greenfield and existing accounts, and you build pipeline proactively instead of waiting for it to arrive.

In this role, you will own multi-threaded executive relationships and revenue outcomes for a portfolio of national pharmaceutical manufacturer accounts. You will learn our AI-powered platform and solutions deeply enough to position them credibly with senior stakeholders. You will craft and deliver executive-level presentations and live demos that connect Infinitus to each customer's business priorities. You will drive new logo acquisition and expand existing accounts through disciplined, consistent prospecting and pipeline management.

In this role, you will:

• Proactively Drive Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Target, penetrate, and close strategic enterprise sales within top-tier pharmaceutical manufacturers across both greenfield and expansion accounts.

• Master Product & Value Positioning: Develop a deep, hands-on understanding of the Infinitus platform and solutions to independently lead compelling executive presentations and live product demonstrations tailored to pharma leadership.

• Engage Cross-Functional Pharma Stakeholders: Navigate complex commercial ecosystems by engaging key decision-makers across Brand/Marketing, Sales, Patient Support Services (PSS), and Medical Affairs.

• Manage Complex Sales Cycles: Lead enterprise-level deal strategy, multi-stakeholder alignment, business case generation, contract negotiations, and procurement processes from initial outreach through execution.

• Collaborate Internally for Customer Success: Partner closely with Product, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to translate pharma client requirements into platform capabilities and refine our go-to-market strategy.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a substantial focus on selling into pharmaceutical manufacturers.

• Has a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding quota in selling into pharmaceutical manufacturers, with a history of closing six- and seven-figure deals with long, complex sales cycles.

• Has extensive existing relationships within pharma manufacturer commercial and related organizations, including Sales, Brand/Marketing, Patient Support Services (hub, access, and adherence programs), and Medical Affairs, and can use them to gain traction quickly.

• Is a self-starter with a proven ability to get up to speed quickly and aggressively drive traction and pipeline in both greenfield and existing accounts.

• Can quickly understand a technical AI platform, its capabilities, and Infinitus solutions built on this platform, and explain its value clearly to business and executive audiences.

• Is an excellent communicator, with strong executive presence and experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations and demos.

• Is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.

• Is able to travel 40-50% or more to meet customers and attend industry events.

• Holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
