Marketing & Brand Specialist

Who Are We?

JayWay Travel is approaching its 20th anniversary and has grown into an international travel company with a team of 100+ people across more than 20 countries.

We create personalized travel experiences across Europe, Latin America, and other destinations, helping travelers turn their ideas into memorable journeys.

Our team brings together travel enthusiasts, marketers, sales professionals, planners, and problem-solvers — all working toward creating great experiences for our guests.

Are You a Marketing Professional Who Likes to Get Things Done?

We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional who understands brands, enjoys working with people, and is comfortable taking an idea and figuring out how to make it happen.

This is a broad, cross-functional role covering areas such as brand, guest experience, partnerships, and marketing operations. You’ll work closely with the Head of Department and with teams across JayWay to keep projects moving, spot opportunities, and make sure the way we present and deliver JayWay feels consistent.

No two days will necessarily look the same — and that’s part of the appeal.

And don’t worry if you don’t tick every box or have experience in every area listed. We’re interested in how you think, how you approach challenges, and how you turn ideas into action.

What Will You Do?

• Help manage the JayWay brand across our marketing and guest-facing communications, keeping our voice, messaging, and visual identity consistent.
• Look at the guest experience across different touchpoints, using feedback, reviews, and other insights to identify what’s working and where we can improve.
• Research and help develop new partnerships and commercial opportunities that could add value for our guests and our business.
• Coordinate projects involving internal teams, agencies, freelancers, designers, creators, and other external partners.
• Keep marketing projects organized, including timelines, budgets, vendors, tools, and documentation.
• Maintain and improve brand guidelines, templates, processes, and other resources used by the wider team.
• Keep an eye on industry trends, guest expectations, competitors, and new opportunities, and bring useful ideas to the Head of Department.
• Help make sure projects are delivered on time, to a high standard, and in a way that feels right for JayWay.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

You’ve already spent a few years working in marketing or a related field and are comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.

We’d expect you to have:

• 3+ years of experience in brand management, integrated marketing, communications, guest/customer experience, partnerships, business development, marketing operations, or a related area.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with people across different teams and levels of the organization.
• Good commercial instincts and an understanding of what makes something valuable for both the customer and the business.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail — especially when several projects are happening at once.
• The ability to work with both creative ideas and practical details, from a campaign concept to a budget, deadline, vendor, or approval.
• An analytical mindset and the ability to turn feedback, data, and research into useful recommendations.
• A proactive approach. If you see something that could be better, you’re the kind of person who will raise it and help find a solution.

Experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, luxury, lifestyle, destination marketing, or another high-touch service business is a plus, but it’s not essential.

Tools & Platforms

You should be comfortable learning and working with a range of tools. Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Milanote, WordPress, ClickUp, Muck Rack, or similar marketing and project-management platforms is a plus.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

• Competitive pay & performance bonuses that recognize your impact.
• Remote-first flexibility, with the opportunity to collaborate across 20+ countries.
• Annual all-company gatherings in breathtaking European locations.
• Full support with work-from-home setup and equipment.
• Wellness programs and travel insurance.
• Covered travel expenses for business-related trips.

Our Hiring Process

We believe in human-led recruitment — no AI filters. Here’s what you can expect:

1. Short one-way video questionnaire to learn more about your background.
2. Initial video interview with our HR team.
3. Job-related task to see how you approach the work.
4. Interview with our executive marketing team.

We’ll review your application personally and aim to keep the process straightforward and respectful of your time.

Ready to Join Us?

If you have solid marketing experience, enjoy working across different areas, and like being the person who spots an opportunity and figures out what to do with it, we’d love to hear from you.

You don’t need to have done everything listed above.

What matters is that you’re curious, capable, organized, commercially aware, and comfortable taking ownership.
