Accountabilities:
As a Analista de Modelagem Pleno , you will be responsible for developing and improving analytical models that support strategic business decisions. Develop credit risk models using statistical techniques and Machine Learning methodologies, with a strong focus on Python-based solutions. Evaluate analytical results, ensuring consistency, relevance, and business impact. Translate complex technical concepts and analytical findings into clear insights for different audiences, including internal teams and external stakeholders. Contribute to the continuous improvement of modeling methodologies, analytical processes, and data-driven solutions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality analytical products that address business needs. Requirements: The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, experience with data modeling, and the ability to connect technical solutions with business objectives.
