Customer Relationship cum Business Development Manager

Accountabilities:
The Customer Relationship cum Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting business expansion through effective communication and customer engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including hotels, wholesalers, retailers, and international business partners. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer portfolio and increase market reach. Conduct regular client follow-ups to understand requirements, strengthen partnerships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Manage customer records, sales activities, follow-ups, and relationship updates within CRM systems. Communicate professionally with clients through email, phone, WhatsApp Business, and other digital communication channels. Prepare quotations, business reports, proposals, and customer correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Monitor customer needs, resolve issues proactively, and ensure high service quality. Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities. Support business growth initiatives through strong relationship management and effective client engagement. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in customer relationship management, business development, or account management, with strong communication skills and industry knowledge. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. 3–9 years of experience in customer relationship management, business development, customer service, sales, or account management. Previous experience in the apparel and/or home textiles industry is required. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, along with Google Workspace and professional email communication. Experience using CRM systems and WhatsApp Business for customer engagement is an advantage. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and international clients.
