
Accountabilities:
Own the complete sales cycle for mid-market customers, including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and contract closure. Drive new business growth by achieving and exceeding annual recurring revenue targets within an assigned territory. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, marketing channels, referrals, and partner relationships. Manage mid-market accounts from initial engagement through customer acquisition, renewal, and expansion opportunities. Develop strong relationships with prospects and customers by understanding business challenges and presenting value-driven solutions. Qualify customer needs effectively and communicate return on investment to key stakeholders and decision-makers. Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to support successful customer outcomes. Represent customer and prospect feedback internally to help improve product strategy, sales execution, and market positioning. Apply a structured and repeatable sales methodology to optimize productivity, forecasting accuracy, and deal execution. Continuously gather market insights and refine sales strategies to improve performance. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience in an individual contributor sales role, with at least 2 years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities. Strong prospecting and pipeline generation skills across multiple channels, including outbound outreach, marketing leads, referrals, and partnerships. Experience managing complex sales cycles and navigating customer buying processes. Ability to understand customer challenges, identify business needs, and present compelling ROI-based solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with excellent time management and the ability to prioritize competing opportunities. Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage, or resource-constrained environments. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams. Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or Command of the Sale is considered an asset.
