
Accountabilities:
Design, develop, and implement enterprise integration solutions that align technology initiatives with business objectives across complex legal environments. Partner with legal professionals, IT leaders, and cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver customized technology solutions. Lead data management initiatives by improving data quality, governance, security, and accessibility while supporting informed business decision-making. Utilize SQL, Python, Power BI, and modern data platforms to analyze information, generate insights, and support strategic planning. Identify and evaluate opportunities to integrate emerging technologies, including generative AI, into business processes and client solutions. Manage large-scale implementation projects, including multi-resource planning, deployment schedules, risk management, and execution timelines. Stay current on legal technology trends while contributing to industry thought leadership through presentations, publications, and client-facing events. Requirements 5+ years of experience consulting within law firms or the legal technology industry. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Practice Solutions Consultant, or similar legal technology role. 7+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise system implementations, software integrations, or large-scale technology rollouts. Strong expertise in Python and SQL for data analysis, automation, and integration development. Experience designing and implementing integrations across multiple enterprise software platforms. At least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 and Power BI. 2+ years of experience with enterprise data management platforms such as Snowflake or similar technologies. Familiarity with generative AI technologies and modern data management strategies. Deep understanding of legal industry workflows, business challenges, and technology requirements. Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and project management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
