Senior Product Designer

Accountabilities:
As a Senior Product Designer, you will take ownership of end-to-end product design initiatives, balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical considerations. You will play a key role in shaping product experiences while promoting design quality and collaboration across teams. Lead the full design process for key product initiatives, from discovery and research through interaction design, prototyping, and final execution. Translate complex user and business challenges into clear, intuitive, and effective product experiences. Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions. Champion design quality, consistency, and usability by contributing to and leveraging established design systems. Present design concepts, explain decision-making processes, and incorporate feedback to continuously improve solutions. Participate in design critiques and support the growth and development of other designers through knowledge sharing and mentorship. Requirements: You are an experienced product designer with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating thoughtful user experiences. You are comfortable working across the full product lifecycle and collaborating with diverse teams. 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of products and features from concept to completion. Strong product sense with the ability to understand user needs, business goals, and translate them into practical design solutions. Excellent visual and interaction design skills with strong attention to detail and craft. Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in product-led environments. Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma. Experience working with established design systems and scalable product experiences. Familiarity with using AI tools as part of the design process is considered a plus.
