Senior Product Manager - Global Sponsor Bank Enablement

Accountabilities:
The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and evolution of sponsor-bank-enabled capabilities that support global market expansion. This role will collaborate with internal teams and external financial partners to deliver scalable payment solutions and drive business growth. Contribute to the overall product strategy for global sponsor bank capabilities and define priorities aligned with business objectives. Own and manage the roadmap for sponsor-bank-enabled platform features, ensuring solutions meet customer and market requirements. Design scalable onboarding models and engagement frameworks that enable expansion across multiple regions and jurisdictions. Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsor banks, payment infrastructure providers, and financial ecosystem partners. Translate regulatory requirements, payment scheme needs, and partner feedback into clear product capabilities and priorities. Analyze domestic and international payment flows to identify opportunities for innovation and product improvement. Partner closely with Engineering, Commercial, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Success teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes. Support market analysis, business case development, and strategic initiatives related to global expansion. Define success metrics and KPIs to measure product adoption, market readiness, and sponsor proposition performance. Promote sponsor banking capabilities as a strategic area within the product organization. Represent the organization in customer discussions, industry events, and relevant payment ecosystem engagements. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings extensive product management experience within payments, banking, financial infrastructure, or fintech environments. They should be able to navigate complex financial ecosystems, influence senior stakeholders, and translate business challenges into effective product strategies. Extensive experience in Product Management within payments, banking, financial market infrastructure, or fintech. Strong understanding of domestic and international payment ecosystems, including clearing, settlement, payment schemes, liquidity management, and sponsor banking models. Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle, including strategy development, roadmap ownership, prioritization, and execution. Experience working with senior stakeholders across financial institutions and technology partners. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting partnership models, market expansion initiatives, or business cases. Ability to simplify complex technical, regulatory, and operational concepts into clear product direction. Experience collaborating with Engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful customer solutions. Experience supporting international expansion, payment rail development, or sponsor bank propositions is highly desirable.
