Senior Product Marketer, Pricing Strategy & Monetization

Accountabilities:
The Senior Product Marketer, Pricing Strategy & Monetization will lead go-to-market strategy and execution for pricing, packaging, and monetization initiatives. This role requires strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to turn complex commercial decisions into customer-focused solutions. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for pricing and packaging launches across key markets. Create positioning frameworks, messaging, customer-facing materials, and sales enablement resources that clearly communicate product value. Partner with enablement teams to design programs that increase seller confidence and improve adoption of new commercial models. Gather and analyze customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and sales insights to identify messaging opportunities and market needs. Build scalable tools, frameworks, and resources that help sales teams communicate ROI and navigate pricing conversations effectively. Collaborate with product teams to improve pricing value communication within the overall product experience. Use AI-powered workflows and tools to enhance content creation, market analysis, and marketing efficiency. Support broader monetization initiatives by connecting customer needs, business goals, and market opportunities. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced product marketing professional with a strong background in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategy, commercial launches, and value-based messaging. Success in this role requires strategic ownership, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment. 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or a related B2B SaaS go-to-market function. Proven experience leading complex go-to-market launches involving cross-functional teams and sales enablement. Strong ability to create messaging frameworks and content that simplify complex technical or commercial concepts. Demonstrated success developing enablement programs, sales tools, and resources that improve adoption and revenue performance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executives and cross-functional stakeholders. Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where processes and strategies are continuously evolving. Experience using AI tools to improve content development, analysis, or operational scalability. Experience with pricing, packaging, monetization strategy, or SaaS commercial models is preferred. Familiarity with usage-based, consumption-based, or credits-based pricing approaches is a plus. Experience supporting AI product commercialization, PLG motions, hybrid sales models, or enterprise sales environments is advantageous.
