Virtual Sales and Channel Growth Manager - Injectable Aesthetics

Accountabilities:
The Virtual Sales and Channel Growth Manager will be responsible for accelerating commercial performance through strategic sales leadership, channel expansion, and partnership development. This role requires a proactive leader who can coach teams, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate across departments to deliver measurable business outcomes. Develop and execute virtual sales strategies designed to achieve revenue, pipeline, and growth objectives. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of virtual sales representatives to maximize performance and consistently achieve key performance indicators. Analyze sales data, conversion metrics, pipeline trends, and customer insights to identify improvement opportunities and optimize processes. Collaborate with sales, marketing, medical, and training teams to strengthen lead generation, qualification, and customer conversion strategies. Identify and develop new commercial channels, including educational institutions, strategic partnerships, buying groups, and business networks. Build and manage partnership strategies, including contract discussions, negotiations, and long-term relationship development. Create scalable channel activation programs that support sustainable revenue growth. Identify emerging market opportunities, customer segments, and innovative approaches to improve commercial effectiveness. Support strategic account development through targeted cross-selling and upselling initiatives. Champion new technologies, sales approaches, and customer engagement models to enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements: The successful candidate will combine strong sales leadership capabilities with business development expertise and the ability to operate in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. They should be comfortable managing teams, building partnerships, and using data to guide strategic decisions. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in sales, virtual/inside sales, business development, or related commercial roles. At least 1 year of experience leading, coaching, or managing sales teams. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM platforms, pipeline management, and performance analytics. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies and commercial initiatives. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building abilities with internal teams, customers, and external partners. Ability to identify market opportunities and translate insights into actionable business strategies. Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Benefits: Remote position based in Canada.
