Monitor performance and provide company wide visibility with Hubspot dashboards, prepare detailed updates and forecasts in partnership with External Finance Consultant
Partner with External Finance Consultant to take the vision of leadership team and translate it into business cases, financial models
Responsible for all month end, quarterly close and book keeping functions
Foster a growth-oriented, encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures, and performance standards
Provide operational support and analysis to leaders
Partner with External Finance Consultant for annual budgeting process, department level and company wide budgets, forecasting, and weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports
Accountable for onboarding, hiring, and offboarding new Knack employees
Responsible and accountable to company annual performance review cycle and company wide completion of mandatory company trainings
