Key Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, professional, and empathetic customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat channels

Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role
• Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement)
