Job Description: We are looking for a Japanese-Speaking Customer Service Agent to come and join our team. Based in Greece, you'll be responsible for answering customer enquiries remotely, via a mix of telephone, email, and online chats. Full training is provided.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

· You must have a C1/C2 level of Japanese, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.

· Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.

· You must have a valid EU passport.

· You must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate there. We offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.
