Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

Total Experience 10+ Years
Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with consulting and implementation.
Strong experience delivering end-to-end implementations, upgrades, enhancements, support, and optimization projects.
Proven experience working as a Techno-Functional Consultant, Lead Consultant, or Solution Consultant on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects.
Strong functional expertise across one or more Business Central modules: Finance & Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Sales & Distribution, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Jobs / Project Management, Manufacturing (Preferred)
Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.\
Strong technical understanding of AL Development & Extensions, C/AL, APIs and Web Services, Business Central Integrations, Data Migration and Configuration Packages, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Power BI (Preferred), Copilot Studio
Hands-on experience with Business Central Cloud implementations and NAV to Business Central upgrade projects.
Experience working with integrations involving Microsoft 365, Azure Services, and third-party applications is preferred.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent client-facing consulting, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with global clients, distributed delivery teams, and Agile project methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced project environment.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications (MB-800, MB-820, or equivalent) are preferred.
Willingness to travel based on project requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV, keeping current with new product capabilities, release features, and Microsoft best practices.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, conduct requirement gathering workshops, and analyze business processes.
Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solution designs.
Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.
Identify standard functionality, customization, extension, and integration opportunities to meet client needs.
Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications (FSDs), solution design documents, process flows, and user documentation.
Collaborate with technical teams on AL development, customizations, integrations, and extension development.
Support data migration, system upgrades, cloud migration initiatives, and application modernization projects.
Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide recommendations aligned with Microsoft's best practices.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment planning, and go-live activities.
Conduct user training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.
Provide post-go-live support, issue analysis, and solution optimization recommendations.
Collaborate effectively with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to internal and external stakeholders.
Support global implementations while working closely with onshore, offshore, and third-party implementation teams.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize business processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
