Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

Total Experience 6+ years
Strong experience in Workday Integration Development and Support.
Hands-on experience with Workday HCM / Workday Financials.
Strong expertise in Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), including User Template Fill-in, Mass Upload, and Outbound Integrations.
Experience developing and supporting Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio Integrations, and Document Transformation.
Strong knowledge of Workday Financials (Mandatory).
Experience with Workday Business Process Configuration.
Hands-on experience in Workday Report Writer and BIRT report development.
Good understanding of Workday Security Profiles and security framework.
Experience supporting existing Workday functional and integration solutions.
Experience uploading and maintaining Workday content such as questionnaires, onboarding content, and related configurations.
Knowledge of Compensation, Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Employee Management System (EMS), and Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred.
Experience working with ITSM processes and support models.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and cross-functional IT teams.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced support and enhancement environment.
Availability to work during US business hour overlap.
Preferred shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, enhance, and support Workday integrations across HCM and Financial applications.
Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday Integrations and related technical solutions.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and internal IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable Workday solutions.
Develop and maintain Workday Reports and BIRT reports to support business reporting needs.
Configure and maintain Workday Business Processes and related technical components.
Upload and maintain Workday content, including questionnaires, onboarding content, and other configuration data.
Support existing Workday functional processes, integrations, and technical enhancements.
Configure and maintain Workday Security Profiles while ensuring compliance with organizational security standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration, reporting, and production support issues.
Monitor Workday releases and evaluate new features for technical adoption and continuous improvement.
Create and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, support documents, and deployment procedures.
Participate in system testing, integration validation, defect resolution, and production deployments.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of enhancements and support activities.
Follow ITSM processes for incident, problem, and change management.
Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and recommend best practices for Workday integration and technical architecture.
