Role overview
Netwrix is growing its footprint across EMEA South, and we need a sales leader who can turn that ambition into pipeline, partnerships, and revenue. As Sales Director, EMEA South, you'll own the region's go-to-market execution — building a strong direct and channel motion, developing enterprise relationships, and giving our sales, product, and marketing teams the on-the-ground insight they need to win.

You'll report to the VP of EMEA Sales and will have direct responsibility for the sales team, currently composed of 8 Account Executives (AEs), and you will have access to a matrixed support organization including Channel, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams.

We are looking for a hard-working, hands-on manager with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. The objective is to rebuild the region and restore it to the position it deserves within EMEA, while delivering growth in line with the overall EMEA business: namely, sustained double-digit growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Your extensive knowledge of both Enterprise and SMB sales, with a proven ability to navigate and close opportunities across the full spectrum of the market.
• Experience closing complex B2B deals in banking or fintech.
• Go-to-market expertise, including market entry and partnership development.
• An established regional network across South EMEA.
• Fluent English; French and another European language (Italian or Spanish) is a plus
