Provider Partnerships Regional Manager (Great Plains) at Nourish · globalremotely

About Us

Health is the most important thing in life, and the American healthcare system is completely broken - poor outcomes, high cost, bad patient experience. We're building a new system from the ground up.

Our mission is to improve people’s health by making it easy to live a healthy lifestyle.

Nourish is the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic. We’re an AI-native digital health system matching patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states. Founded four years ago, we've completed millions of appointments, tripled year-over-year, and partnered with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems.

In 2026 we raised a $100M Series C, bringing total funding to $215M. The round was led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Atomico, Daybreak, and Operator Partners.

This is not a job for everyone. We hold an extremely high bar because we believe talent density is our biggest competitive advantage. We're looking for people who actively choose hard, ambiguous problems, who run toward unglamorous work, give and receive candid feedback, and bring relentless resilience without the ego. Our work is important, but we are not self-important. We do this because we’re solving one of the hardest problems in the world, and the problem matters. If that's you, we disproportionately reward it.

About the Role

As a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager at Nourish, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to improve health outcomes through better nutrition. You will lead and develop a high-performing team of Provider Partnerships Managers (PPMs) whose goal is to scale revenue by partnering with healthcare providers.

This is a field-first sales leadership role. You will spend 3+ days per week in the field alongside your reps — running in-person ride-alongs, coaching live provider meetings, and driving the sales activity that moves the needle.

Please note: Candidates must be located in Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas, or Iowa.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and inspire your team of PPMs to hit and exceed targets
Spend 3 days per week in the field coaching PPMs through live provider meetings and ride-alongs
Hire, train, and onboard new team members
Conduct regular team meetings and 1:1s anchored in pipeline reviews and account planning
Review PPM meeting recordings to provide feedback and surface best practices
Implement performance management processes
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that aligns with Nourish's values

You’ll love this role if:

You’re passionate about Nourish’s mission. You’re interested in nutrition and are eager to help solve America’s healthcare crisis.
You are energized by being in the field. You don't manage from a desk — you're out with your reps, in provider offices, and in the market.
You are a strong coach and developer of people. You can spot what's holding a rep back, and you know how to help them get unstuck.
You have a knack for building and maintaining strong relationships. You’re naturally curious about others and feel driven to establish meaningful connections. You’re an effective listener and know how to ask the right questions.
You are relentlessly resourceful and persistently pursue success. You demonstrate both tenacity and creativity to overcome challenges. You excel in “figuring things out” and look for unconventional approaches to achieve goals. Your resilience allows you to turn obstacles into opportunities.
You thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. The hustle, striving towards goals, and rapidly evolving environments excite you. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can be flexible in your approach.
You don’t settle for ‘good enough’. You proactively seek areas for improvement, both personally and organizationally. You’re great at giving positive as well as constructive feedback.
You are analytical and data-oriented. You’re comfortable diving into CRM data to uncover insights to inform our strategy. You utilize data to understand optimization levers you can pull.

We’d love to hear from you if:

You have a proven track record in healthcare sales/BD.
You have 1+ years of sales management experience, ideally at a high-growth startup.
You have experience hiring, onboarding, and managing high-performing salespeople.
You are comfortable and energized spending the majority of your week in the field with reps.
You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
You have strong organizational and process management skills.
You know how to leverage data and data tooling (specifically Salesforce) to inform your strategy.
You have aptitude for learning new systems.
