Account Manager

At Nutrient, we’re revolutionising how the world works with documents. Our tools transform static files into intelligent, secure workflows, empowering businesses to innovate faster and smarter. Trusted by thousands of organisations across 80 countries, including Fortune 500 companies and public sector leaders, our products streamline processes, accelerate digital transformation, and unlock new possibilities.

Our platform supports nearly a billion end users globally across 80+ countries, including Fortune 500 firms, governments, and industry pioneers.

We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers. This is a genuine ground-floor opportunity; the AM function at Nutrient has only existed since January 2026, and you’ll help shape how we engage with our existing customer base from the start.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, deepening relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring customers get full value from Nutrient’s platform. The right person is commercially sharp and ready to make an impact without needing heavy structure around them.

• Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts
• Build and execute account plans to drive upsell, cross-sell, and long-term retention
• Build relationships across customer organisations, presenting insights confidently to stakeholders at every level
• Partner cross-functionally with Solutions, CS, and Partnerships to drive adoption and customer satisfaction
• Manage account health, pipeline, forecasts, and renewal risk, keeping Salesforce accurate throughout
• Feed customer feedback into product and internal teams to help shape Nutrient’s direction

• 2+ years in Account Management or Sales in B2B SaaS or tech, with a proven track record of growing mid-market or enterprise accounts
• Able to understand and articulate technical products to both business and technical audiences
• Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) experience; Gong familiarity a plus
• High energy and execution-focused, comfortable in a fast-paced, fully remote environment without heavy structure
• Curious about AI tools; background in developer tools, document processing, or APIs is a bonus

At Nutrient, we’re not just hiring for skills. We’re hiring for mindset. The people who thrive here are:

• Collaborators: You work openly, listen actively, and put team success first.
• Hungry Learners: Rapid learning fuels your progress and career growth.
• Curious Thinkers: You dig into the “why,” valuing understanding over simply being right.
• Self-Starters: You take action without waiting for direction, turning obstacles into opportunities.
• Owners: You take responsibility for outcomes and always look for ways to improve what’s in your control.
• Doers: You’re energised by progress and motivated to create meaningful impact.

At Nutrient, we build tools that reshape how businesses and developers work with documents. Our culture is centred on continuous growth and collaboration, and every team member has room to learn, innovate, and drive meaningful change.

We’re a globally distributed company backed by Insight Partners, with a mostly remote team and offices in the US, UK, France, and Austria. We embrace a low-meeting culture and prioritise async communication. We offer competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits.

Nutrient believes in equal opportunity. We employ people from many cultures and countries, celebrate diversity, and are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, skill sets, and perspectives. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, age, marital status, national origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other non-merit factor.
