Founding Enterprise Account Executive, Nordic
Omnea · Full-time · Posted 2w ago
Our Mission:
Omnea is the agentic operating system for procurement.
Procurement touches every pound a business spends, yet requests still stall for weeks and approvals get lost in inboxes. Our AI-first platform changes that: our agents capture requests, route approvals, onboard suppliers, flag risk and track every renewal, while anyone in the business can ask a question and get an answer grounded in their own company’s data. Buying becomes painless for everyone, procurement gets a seat at the table, and our customers have saved more than 100,000 hours of manual work so far.
Companies like Spotify, PayPal, T. Rowe Price, JustEat, Adyen and S&P Global run procurement on Omnea. We’re backed by $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners and Accel, and we’ve been named the UK’s number one startup in the Startups 100, ranked 11th on Sifted’s 2026 list of Europe’s fastest-growing companies, and recognised as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies.
Talent density matters more to us than almost anything else. We keep the bar high in every team, so everyone here has real ownership and real impact. Our team is full of former founders and operators who’ve scaled unicorns, and we’re looking for people who want to do the best work of their careers alongside them.

The role in one line
Be Omnea's first Enterprise Account Executive in the Nordic region, as one of Europe's fastest-growing AI companies expands globally.
Why now
Omnea is the UK's number one startup for 2026 and the 11th fastest-growing tech company in Europe. We're in the middle of a major global expansion and hiring Enterprise Account Executives to lead it in each region. The product, customers and sales motion are proven. What's missing is the person who takes them into the Nordic region.
We win 86% of live RFPs against our biggest competitor
More than 3x ARR growth in the last 12 months, with 40% in Q3 alone
Under 20% of enterprises use modern procurement software today. Gartner expects that to reach 50% by 2027
Global enterprises including Spotify, Wise, Adecco and McAfee already run on Omnea
What you'll do
Open the Nordic region from Copenhagen or Stockholm: build pipeline, run complex enterprise cycles and close our first wave of local customers
Run multi-stakeholder new business deals across Finance, Procurement, Legal, Security and IT, from first meeting to signature
Shape how Omnea goes to market in the Nordic region: messaging, target verticals, partners and events
Take what you hear from buyers straight to product and engineering, and see it shipped
Lay the foundations for the team that follows you
Who this is for
3 to 7 years in B2B SaaS sales, with a record of closing enterprise new business in the Nordic region
Fluent Danish or Swedish, plus English
Consistently at or near the top of the leaderboard
Comfortable building pipeline from zero, before there's a local team around you
At home in long, complex cycles and the stakeholders that come with them
Bonus: you've been an early hire, a founding rep or a founder before
Where this goes
We run as a meritocracy, and the trajectory scales with the market you build. As the Nordic region grows, there's a clear path into bigger accounts and leading the team that follows you. We've also signed the Future Founder Promise, so if you want to start your own company one day, we'll back that too.
How you'll work
This role is remote while we build our presence in the Nordic region.
At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else! If you think you could be a good fit for Omnea, please reach out.
A few things to note:

We're commercial, ambitious and we don't pretend otherwise! We're actively seeking folks looking to make the most of a career-defining opportunity, with the hunger to be part of building something really impressive. You can see our values here and our Omnea Future Founder's fund here!
We sometimes use AI note-takers to help us transcribe interview notes, so we can be more present in your interview.
