An active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification is REQUIRED for this position.

Empower Behavior Solutions is growing, and we're looking for compassionate, motivated Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to join our team!
We provide high-quality ABA services that help children build meaningful skills, increase independence, and reach their full potential.
We are looking for CBTs who are willing to begin with an in-person home or school-based client in their area.
As our virtual program continues to roll out, CBTs who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and clinical readiness may have opportunities to transition into hybrid or virtual services as those cases become available.
Virtual services are not guaranteed at the time of hire and are not necessarily the initial assignment.
Location: Washington State
Starting Setting: In-home and/or school-based
In-Person Pay: $25.00–$28.00/hour
Virtual Pay: $23.00–$25.00/hour
Schedule: Flexible, based on client availability. Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align

The opportunity to grow with an expanding ABA program
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
Begin with in-home or school-based services
Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs
Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session
Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians
Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and families
As virtual opportunities become available, potentially provide hybrid or virtual ABA services
Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous ABA therapy experience
Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
Reliable transportation for in-person services
Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills
Willingness to begin with in-person services
Professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to client care
Previous telehealth ABA experience
Previous in-home or school-based ABA experience
Two or more years of experience working with children
Interest in hybrid or virtual ABA services
