Senior Network Development Representative- DFW

About OpenNetworks

OpenNetworks Health is a fast-growing, early-stage direct provider network platform built for self-funded employers in DFW and Houston. We are TPA-agnostic, independently operated, and focused on giving employers and their employees access to a high-quality, cost-efficient provider network without the friction of traditional managed care arrangements.

This is an opportunity to join a company at an inflection point, where your work is visible, your impact is measurable, and the relationships you build today will shape the network for years to come.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Development Representative to join our innovative healthcare startup. This position will play a critical role serving as our dedicated, on-the-ground representative throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. This is a field-based sales and network development role for a self-starting healthcare professional who wants to own a territory, build a provider network from the ground up, and be the face of OpenNetworks in the DFW market.

The core job is new provider recruitment. Community presence and relationship cultivation are the method: the way this person earns trust with physicians, practice administrators, and healthcare community leaders across North Texas. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time in the field, meeting with physician practices, and building durable relationships with providers and community partners across the region.

This role operates from a home office within the DFW metroplex when not in the field. No dedicated OpenNetworks office is required. Overnight travel would likely be limited to quarterly meetings in Charlotte.

•       Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales, recruitment, or growth targets. Specific examples of contracts executed, lives recruited, or territory growth required.

•       Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to physicians, practice administrators, and practice leadership.

•       Self-starter who thrives with autonomy: able to plan a week, manage a territory, and drive outcomes without close supervision.

•       Willingness and ability to be physically present at, practice locations throughout the DFW metroplex on a regular basis.

•       Current resident of the DFW area. Reliable personal transportation and a valid Texas driver's license required.

•       Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and standard business productivity software.
