About The Team:At ParetoHealth, the Analytics team sits at the intersection of healthcare data, business strategy, and decision-making. We work with rich medical, pharmacy, stoploss, and business datasets to generate insights that directly influence product strategy, client outcomes, underwriting, and internal operations. The team partners closely with a varied set of stakeholders to move from questions to action, promoting data-driven decision making across the organization. We do this within a team culture of collaboration, shared responsibility, mutual respect, and growth.
