- Contribute to architectural discussions and drive implementation of clean, reusable solutions across services
- Ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of core platform services and APIs
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as planning, retrospectives, and story grooming
- Conduct thorough code reviews, share technical feedback, and contribute to continuous code quality improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, DevOps, and Security to support high-quality software delivery
- Mentor peers and junior engineers through thoughtful collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Leverage AI-based development tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, generate and maintain tests, automate repetitive engineering tasks, and improve overall code quality and velocity.

- 2+ years of Google Ad Manager or any other ad server experience.
- 2+ years of front-end development experience using JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular
- Advanced proficiency in Python 3, with expert-level knowledge required (a coding assessment will be administered to evaluate this proficiency).
- Elasticsearch experience or other cloud-native search technologies
- Hands-on experience using AI-based development tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot) to build production software and automate engineering workflows.
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with observability tools and performance monitoring platforms, including New Relic and Sentry
- Background in containerization and orchestration platforms such as Docker, Amazon ECS, and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with cloud security concepts and protocols including OAuth2, JWT, HMAC, data encryption, hashing, and secret management
