As a key player in the team, you will ensure that Turkisch-speaking players receive timely and effective support to enhance their gaming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional player support in Turkisch, primarily assisting with Supercell Games account inquiries
- Respond to player questions and resolve issues related to account management, game features, and technical problems
- Communicate with players through multiple channels, including email and chat
- Document player interactions accurately to contribute to service improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to relay player feedback and improve overall service quality
- Stay informed about Supercell games and industry trends to offer knowledgeable support
Requirements
- Fluency in Turkisch (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
- Experience in customer support or player support roles, preferably within the gaming industry, is preferred
- Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Supercell games is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolutions
