Role

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan, build, and execute outbound email campaigns targeting business owners, with a monthly volume of 50,000 emails sent reliably and on schedule.
• Platform Ownership: Operate Smartlead and Inboxlogy day-to-day — configuring sequences, managing sending accounts, monitoring deliverability, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Deliverability Monitoring: Track inbox placement rates, bounce rates, spam complaints, and domain health; take corrective action before problems compound.
• Audience Segmentation: Maintain and organize prospect lists, ensuring contacts are correctly segmented by industry, title, or funnel stage to keep messaging relevant and response rates healthy.
• Copywriting & Optimization: Write and A/B test subject lines and email body copy tailored to a B2B audience of business owners; iterate based on open, click, and reply data.
• Reporting: Pull campaign performance reports, surface key metrics, and communicate what is working and what needs to change.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven hands-on experience running high-volume outbound email campaigns in a B2B context — 50,000+ emails per month is the operational baseline, not the stretch goal.
• Direct experience with Smartlead and Inboxlogy; you know the platforms well enough to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize without a tutorial.
• Solid understanding of email deliverability fundamentals: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-up, sending limits, and reputation management.
• Experience prospecting or marketing to business owners; you understand the mindset, the inbox competition, and what cuts through.
• Strong written English — clear, concise copy that sounds human and earns replies.
• Comfortable working independently, managing your own schedule, and flagging blockers proactively without waiting to be asked.

Typical Day

You start by reviewing overnight campaign performance in Smartlead — checking send rates, deliverability signals, and any domain flags that need immediate attention. You adjust sending schedules or rotate mailboxes if anything looks off. Mid-morning shifts to list hygiene and segmentation work, making sure the next batch of prospects is correctly filtered and uploaded. You spend part of the day drafting or refining email copy, running A/B tests on sequences that have enough data to draw conclusions. You wrap up by updating a short performance log so stakeholders have visibility without needing to ask. Most of the work is async and self-directed.

Salary / Hours / Location

• Location: Open to candidates from anywhere — fully remote.
• Compensation: Salary + incentive pay for qualified leads and deals closed.
