As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from planning through execution, partnering closely with account, creative, editorial, and production teams to ensure successful delivery. You'll play a critical role in balancing timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while helping teams navigate challenges and maintain momentum. About the Role 

Reporting to senior project management leadership, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of client programs and projects. You will develop project plans, timelines, and workflows while partnering closely with account teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, budgets, and deliverables. You will facilitate internal meetings, manage project status communications, and oversee workflow processes from kickoff through final delivery. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and help keep projects on track. 

Required Experience 

• Bachelor's degree required. 

• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, including project planning, execution, and delivery. 

• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously. 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software or workflow management tools. 

• Strong meeting facilitation, communication, and organizational skills. 

• Ability to identify risks, manage priorities, and drive projects to completion. 

Helpful Experience 

• Advertising agency experience. 

• Experience supporting pharmaceutical or healthcare clients. 

• Familiarity with digital, print, and broadcast production processes. 

• Experience working within cross-functional client service environments.

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.Reasonable estimate of the current range$60,000—$90,000 USD
