We guide businesses and candidates through every step of the hiring process, ensuring the perfect match in skills, culture, and goals. While we’re not direct employers, we act as a trusted partner, bridging the gap between exceptional talent and growing opportunities.
About the Client
Our client is an award-winning U.S. integrated marketing agency that fuels business growth for digital disruptors and Fortune 500 leaders alike. Operating at the intersection of media connections, scroll-stopping digital creative, and e-commerce performance, they power campaigns across major social, search, and retail channels. Built on a high-accountability, "no-ego," and nimble culture, they value proactive problem-solving, structured organization, and continuous learning.
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a key enterprise account covering six brands in the health, beauty, and consumer care industries.
In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to manage timelines, coordinate deliverables, track progress, and make sure projects stay on schedule. You’ll be responsible for keeping workflows organized, following up on outstanding tasks, and making sure everyone is clear on priorities and next steps.
This is an operations-focused role. Rather than building campaigns, you’ll help coordinate the people, tasks, and processes that keep marketing projects moving forward.
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, task assignments, priorities, and deliverables across six brands using Asana or a similar project management platform.
- Monitor project progress, follow up with internal teams, and hold task owners accountable for meeting deadlines.
- Coordinate internal and client meetings, prepare agendas, document key decisions, and share clear follow-up notes with action items and owners.
- Serve as a point of contact between the client and internal teams, making sure requests, feedback, and expectations are clearly communicated.
- Manage reporting schedules for weekly and monthly reports, as well as quarterly business reviews, ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
- Identify potential delays, resource constraints, and scheduling conflicts early, and work with the team to resolve them.
- Maintain accurate project trackers, status updates, and documentation across Google Workspace and the client’s Microsoft tools, including Excel and SharePoint.
- Support the setup and adoption of Asana workflows with the client to improve project visibility, task tracking, and collaboration.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally within a digital marketing agency, e-commerce business, or another fast-paced environment managing multiple projects or workstreams.
- Strong experience with Asana or a comparable project management platform, such as Monday.com or ClickUp, including managing complex timelines, tracking deliverables, and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, particularly Google Sheets, Excel, and SharePoint, for maintaining trackers, organizing information, and reporting on project progress.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with experience communicating with clients, leading status discussions, and preparing clear, professional follow-up emails.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and consistently follow through on commitments.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate next steps, flag risks, address operational gaps, and keep projects moving without needing constant direction.
Nice to have:
- Experience managing projects for multiple brands or working with enterprise-level clients.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, retail media, or health and beauty brands.
Benefits
- Salary: Competitive monthly compensation starting from $3,000 USD
- Supported Onboarding: Direct mentorship and training alongside an experienced Senior Project Manager to ensure long-term success.
- Comprehensive Health Insurance: Access to premium global health insurance coverage.
- Flexible Time Off (FTO): Trust-based, flexible time off policy
- Observed Holidays: U.S. federal holidays off
- 100% Remote: Complete location independence, working fully from your home office anywhere in Latin America.
