About Sailor Health

Sailor Health is the first virtual behavioral health practice built exclusively for older adults. We deliver Medicare-covered therapy to seniors navigating grief, loss, isolation, and the transitions that come with aging — through a practice designed specifically around their needs and yours.

Only 4% of older adults with depression ever receive therapy. Not because they don't need it, but because the system wasn't built for them. We're changing that — and we're looking for clinicians who feel the same urgency we do.

Position Available

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there. Tailor your workload to fit your life.

Responsibilities

As a licensed therapist at Sailor Health, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting

• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team

• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools

• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent

• Licensed in Pennsylvania

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy

• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred

• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
