Content Ingestion Assistant – Night Shift

Samba is a media intelligence company. We know what the world is watching, reading, and thinking about — in real time, at scale, across every screen. Our data exists with the consent of over a billion people, organized into the most complete picture of consumer attention ever built. The biggest brands in the world use that picture to make smarter decisions. We think it’s the most interesting data asset on the planet, because it’s the most culturally relevant.

What you need to already be good at
English you can work in every day. It's the one hard requirement. Comfortable with computers: remote machines, spreadsheets, learning new web tools fast. Real office or data-entry experience. You've done repetitive, detail-heavy work before and didn't hate it. Experience working remotely and staying on task with nobody watching. We have the tools to see your KPIs, but we'd rather not need them. Reliable on nights and weekends. Saturday and Sunday are the priority. Bonus points Content management or media operations · data entry at volume · video editing basics · troubleshooting streams, VPNs or recording tools · previous night-shift or follow-the-sun work. Not for you if You want to do the work and forget the schedule. Weekend nights are the job. You need someone checking in on you every hour. You'll be alone with the stream, and you're the one fixing it. "Easy" sounds like a promise. A live capture that fails can't be redone. How we judge you, and how it goes Skills we teach, attitude we don't. Every hire at Samba is scored on the same five things: determined yet resilient, naturally curious, low-ego, self-aware, results oriented. For this role, Roberto is watching for whether you'll still pay attention at 4 a.m. on a Sunday, whether you can follow a written procedure without skipping steps, and whether you'll ask when you don't know. The process: a short call with Talent, then a conversation with Roberto, then a final culture round. Why now Samba is Series C, ~$100M raised, pre-IPO, growing 30% YoY, 18 years in. Live capture is growing faster than the bench, and the people who join now become the backup everyone else relies on.
