
What you will do:
Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered primary care across asynchronous and synchronous modalities, using strong clinical judgment to triage, manage, and refer patients appropriately. Build strong, longitudinal patient relationships that drive sustained engagement and high patient satisfaction. Use data and clinical insight to support proactive panel management, close care gaps, and improve outcomes as Sana’s population health capabilities evolve. Proactively contribute to clinical protocols, workflows, or operations that enhance patient experience, quality, or efficiency. Communicate with clarity and empathy while adhering to and strengthening team communication norms. Manage a fast-paced caseload of at least 20 asynchronous cases per day while maintaining excellent clinical standards. Quickly master Sana's clinical platforms, AI-assisted workflows, and technology, while identifying opportunities to improve our tools, workflows, and the way we deliver care. Provide physician supervision and clinical support for Advanced Practice Providers in accordance with state regulations, helping foster a collaborative, high-quality care team. Collaborate across clinical, product, and operations teams with humility, a low-ego mindset, and a commitment to shared success.
About you:
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Currently licensed in Texas; additional active licenses (especially Arizona and California) are a plus. Available to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time. At least 3 years of independent outpatient primary care experience after residency Telemedicine and/or startup experience is preferred.
