About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp, commercially-minded, and execution-oriented Product Manager to own the compliance and RegTech architecture of our global platform. In this role, you will be given the autonomy to solve complex product problems and architect an intelligent, automation-first compliance framework.

Mission of the Role

To architect, scale, and manage a unified, multi-market compliance platform that mitigates regional regulatory risks, automates localization, and accelerates product expansion across APAC.

Key Outcomes & Deliverables (First 6–12 Months)

• Outcome 1: Cross-Market Scalability. Successfully launch and deploy our brand-new V1 Compliance Platform within the Australian (AU) market. Once validated, you will blueprint the architectural logic to seamlessly scale and localize the platform across other core Sleek markets (including SG, HK, and UK).
  
• Outcome 2: AI-Driven Operational Efficiency. Directly reduce manual compliance workloads and eliminate operational bottlenecks by championing the integration of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into our everyday screening pipelines.
  
• Outcome 3: Cost Optimization & UX Refinement. Drastically reduce global KYC and KYB API transactional vendor costs. Concurrently, optimize the end-to-end data integration touchpoints to elevate user conversion rates and significantly minimize candidate drop-offs during onboarding.
  
  

Requirements

Must-have experience

• 15 Years of Total Working Experience including 6- 7 years of deep specialization in the field. A deep, proven career background demonstrating long-term professional stability, maturity, and a comprehensive understanding of business operations.
• Minimum 3 Years of Relevant Product Management Experience: Extensive core expertise leading complex, data-heavy digital software products, with a heavy track record of taking products successfully from 0-to-1 launch.
• RegTech & AI Literacy: Hands-on experience developing or working closely with RegTech systems or deeply rule-based software environments. You are highly fluent with AI workflows, possess a strong understanding of technical AI model evaluations (Evals), and have the engineering literacy to take an AI product live on your own.
• Technical Grip & Analytical Rigor: Exceptional structured problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. You excel at working backward from targets, breaking down complex API documentation, and translating messy operational landscapes into clean, executable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Ecosystem Match: Prior experience navigating a fast-paced startup or scale-up ecosystem is highly preferred, and direct compliance sector exposure is a major added advantage.

Excellent listener and clear communicator: We have a variety of nationalities and for many people, English isn’t their first language. For you to excel, you’ll need to be present in your calls and make sure you properly receive and thoughtfully send messages to others in the business.

About the interview process

The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages (note that the order might be different to what you read below).

We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish. Whether the interviews are held over video call or in person will depend on your location and the role.

A ~30 minute chat with our Talent Acquisition team to learn more about you, your background, and what you’re looking for.
A ~60 minute live case study/ technical interview with the Chief Product Officer evaluating your structured problem solving approach, solution design.
A ~60 minute case-based technical review with our panel diving deep into API integration frameworks and translating raw documents into robust Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

Offer + references
We’ll make a non-binding offer verbally or by email, followed by a couple of short phone or video calls with references that you provide.
