Healthcare in the U.S. is fundamentally broken. The system is so complex that 88% of U.S. adults do not have the health literacy necessary to navigate it without help. Solace cuts through the red tape of healthcare by pairing patients with expert advocates and giving them the tools to make better decisions—and get better outcomes.
We're a Series C startup, founded in 2022 and backed by Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, Torch Capital, Menlo Ventures, Signalfire, and IVP. Our U.S. based team is lean, mission-driven, and growing quickly.
Solace isn't a place to coast. We're here to redefine healthcare—and that demands urgency, precision, and heart. If you're looking to stretch yourself, sharpen your edge, and do the best work of your life alongside a team that cares deeply, you're in the right place. We’re intense, and we like it that way.

Solace’s Corporate Development team expands our reach through partnerships that bring patients to Solace and acquisitions that help us scale. Your job is to build and run the systems that keep that work moving.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Development, you’ll own the team’s operational infrastructure: Attio CRM, pipeline data, processes, automations, and reporting. You’ll build systems that work across every partner and acquisition target, without starting from scratch each time.
You’ll turn scattered information into clear priorities. That means keeping pipeline data complete and current, mapping potential acquisitions, building target scoring models, and delivering monthly reporting that leadership and partners can trust.
This is an individual contributor role with ownership from setup through ongoing improvement. You’ll work alongside the people leading partner relationships and acquisitions, equipping them with the systems and insights they need to succeed. If you see a manual process and immediately start thinking about how to make it work better, keep reading.
Own Attio for partnerships and M&A. Drive historical data migration from HubSpot and Notion, structure both pipelines, and manage access so confidential information stays with the right people.
Make Attio the team’s source of truth. Keep records complete, current, and enriched, and build workflows the team uses consistently.
Own the strategy, evaluation, and implementation of automation solutions that improve Corporate Development workflows. Independently assess business needs, prioritize opportunities, and recommend solutions for capturing partner activity, identifying stalled deals, guiding next steps, and preparing meeting briefs.
Define ideal customer profiles for referral partners and acquisition targets. Use public and purchased data sources to build and enrich prioritized target lists.
Responsible for building and maintaining an M&A market map and target scoring model. Refresh them monthly and recommend where the team should focus based on the evidence.
Partner with Product to ensure every patient referral can be traced back to the partner that sent it.
Deliver accurate, on-time monthly reporting on pipeline health and performance against targets across partnerships and M&A. Give each live partner a clear view of how Solace is performing for their patients.
Evaluate and implement quarterly targets for team members and track progress through monthly reporting.
Define and document repeatable processes across the partnership and acquisition lifecycles, from qualifying targets and defining pipeline stages to handing signed partners off for launch. Review and improve those processes quarterly.
Work across Product, Data, Legal, Growth, and Clinical Operations to put systems into practice and resolve problems before they slow the team down.
A commitment to numbers people can trust. You take accuracy seriously, care about the details, and investigate when something doesn’t add up.
Strong analytical judgment. You break complex questions into measurable parts, build models that hold up to scrutiny, and say so when the data doesn’t support a conclusion.
A systems mindset. You turn recurring needs into repeatable processes that work across many partners and acquisition targets.
Fluency with CRM and data tools. You learn new tools quickly, are comfortable building automations, and make complex information simple.
A bias toward action. You ship working systems quickly, learn from how people use them, and improve them over time.
Clear communication and the ability to influence across teams. You build alignment and move work forward with people you don’t manage.
Ownership from start to finish. You spot pipeline problems before being asked and take responsibility for the quality of your systems, data, and reporting.
Care in how you present information. Your reports and dashboards are clear, well designed, and easy to act on.
Discretion with confidential information and respect for the partner relationships and patients behind every record.
Applicants must be based in the United States.
